The Spinney
This project involves the refurbishment and extension of a Grade II Listed Building to form three separate dwellings. All homes feature the historic characteristics of the original build, whilst providing the new technology, sustainable materials and high-specification finishes to suit the needs of today.
Due for completion in November 2024.
